Quality policy

IG ENGINEERING Srl is aware that the quality of its services has a decisive influence on its image and therefore its position on the market and its profitability.

The decision to introduce a Quality Management System into the company was motivated by the felt need to regulate in a clear and unambiguous way the development of our work, using a reference document (the Quality Management Manual), based on which to optimize the ‘organization of resources, establish qualitative objectives aimed at and consequently reduce the occurrence of situations and conditions of non-compliance in technical and commercial relations with customers.

IG ENGINEERING Srl has established to determine, monitor and review internal and external factors of the context that are relevant for the achievement of its strategic objectives and which influence the ability to obtain the expected results from the QMS.

IG ENGINEERING Srl has established to identify the risks and their impacts as a response to the threats related to the failure to take care of the needs and expectations of the interested parties and in particular of the client who are always priority along with those deriving from regulatory requirements, for the purpose more general to ensure the achievement of the expected results of the QMS, thus pursuing the Continuous Improvement.

IG ENGINEERING Srl has therefore chosen to follow a strategy in the quality sector based on the following fundamental principles.

  • The quality of the services provided must always be in line with that promised and expected by the customer, in compliance with the laws and regulations in force and the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard;
  • IG ENGINEERING Srl intends to operate so that customer satisfaction is always guaranteed and, as far as company policy is concerned, the expectations of other interested parties.
  • IG ENGINEERING Srl intends to identify, qualify and engage suppliers, which can influence the quality of the product and final service, in order to establish a relationship of mutual collaboration and trust that ensures the systematic compliance with the quality requirements of the product or service purchased and the delivery terms specified on the contract.
  • IG ENGINEERING Srl intends to operate so that the quality of the final product is always guaranteed, making use of highly technical personnel with adequate professional qualifications and a cultural background that is always updated through constant theoretical and practical training.
  • IG ENGINEERING Srl with the establishment of its Quality Management System intends to improve the performance of the identified business processes and to prevent risks that may impact on the pursuit of its objectives.
  • In order to achieve the objectives set, IG ENGINEERING Srl considers it essential to involve all the functions and all the collaborators.
  • The implementation of the objectives is constantly encouraged and verified by the top management that defines specific objectives and opportunities for improvement for the company functions or processes and provides the necessary resources.

The objectives for quality are periodically updated and kept under control with the corrective actions dictated by the experience gained and the opportunities for improvement emerged from the risk analysis.

Strategic objectives include:

  • The perfect execution of the product / service in full compliance with the technical and quality requirements agreed with the Customer
  • Satisfaction of the implicit and explicit needs and expectations of the interested parties
  • Updated and adequate technical knowledge
  • Updated and adequate legislative knowledge

  • Effective management of coordination processes
  • Optimization of the organization and of the processes themselves
  • Satisfaction of the safety, hygiene and environmental protection requirements established by the laws in force
